Registration

Registration for the 15th International Conference of the Hellenic Polymer Society (POLYCONF15) is now open! Participants can complete their registration online through this website. The registration process is simple and takes place exclusively via the conference’s online platform.

How to Register

Registration is available online only, through the official conference platform. Please follow the steps below:

  • Click on the “Registration” button below.

  • Fill in the required information in the registration form.

  • Select the participant category that applies to you.

  • Complete the payment using one of the available methods.

  • Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

We encourage you to register early to secure your participation and take advantage of any early bird rates (if applicable).

Registration Types & Fees

(The registration fee includes the conference material, admission to all the scientific sessions, lunches and coffee breaks. Participation in the conference dinner will be charged extra at 50€ per person. )

Registration Deadlines

  • Early Bird Registration Deadline: until 10/11/2025

  • Final Registration Deadline: until 06/12/2025

Payment

The registration fee for the 15th International Conference of the Hellenic Polymer Society (POLYCONF15) is paid electronically through the official conference platform.

Payment Methods

  • Credit or Debit Card: Payments are processed through a secure transaction system, supporting Visa and MasterCard.

  • Bank Transfer: Payment can also be made via bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and e-mailed (info@diazoma.net) to Diazoma Conferences & Events (Maria K. Leventi) always with a reference to a bank account, including the I.B.A.N. and SWIFT code, where a possible refund may be remitted, less bank charges.

All refunds will only be processed after the completion of the Conference. Credit cannot be given for unattended events, late arrivals or early departures.

Cancellation before September 30th, 2025: reimbursement of 50% of the registration fee
Cancellation from October 1st, 2025: no reimbursement.
